I have worked across sectors, from universities to government to global organizations, and led the design of leadership training and coaching within one of Canada’s only dedicated leadership colleges. My work has included building custom leadership programs and executive education experiences for leaders operating in complex environments.
This means I do not just support individual leader: I understand how leadership operates inside teams, systems, and organizations, and how decisions play out in practice.

My work is informed by training through the Harvard Kennedy School in Public Leadership, as well as a PhD from Syracuse University.
